How do I log-in?
Make sure you have subscribed to the course. Enter your chosen username and password in the log-in box at the top-right of the page. Then press the 'login' button or press enter on your keyboard.

How do I subscribe?
Locate the course you wish to take using the menu at the top of the website then click 'add to basket' on the product page.

I have tried to log-in but nothing happens. Why?
Our courses require you to have 'cookies' enabled on your browser. If 'cookies' are disabled you will not be able to log-in to the course. AOL internet customers have experienced problems in the past - please contact us if you use AOL.

I try to log-in but my username and/or password are not recognised.
Check that you have not got CAPS LOCK on and enter your details very carefully. If you still have problems please use our password reminder.

I can log into the welcome page, but when I try to continue it tells me I must log in again
You may need to download and use a web browser called Mozilla Firefox to access the course. Go to www.getfirefox.com and download it. Once it has downloaded and installed, go back to our website and try again in Firefox.

I can log-in, but when I launch the course nothing happens. Why?
Our courses need the 'Adobe Flash player version 10 plug-in' to be installed on your computer in order for them to run. If you haven't got the plug-in then go to the Adobe website to download the plug-in now. It's quick, simple and safe.

I've watched the course but the parts haven't ticked as complete
A part only ticks/highlights in green if you have watched that part of the course all the way to the end. If you skip to another part before you have reached the very end it will not register that you have watched that part. Also make sure that you click 'save progress' and that your internet connection has not dropped or cut off.

The course keeps freezing mid-way through
If you have reached an interactive section you will need to follow the instructions given to complete the game to move on. If the course freezes at another point, try clicking 'exit course' on the left and relaunching the course. If this does not fix the problem you may need to download and install the latest version of flash player by visiting the Adobe website.

I can't open the course notes
The course notes (Food Safety, Health & Safety and Fire Safety) only become available once you have completed the course and assessment. If you cannot open the notes you may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. www.adobe.com/products/acrobat
