Refresher – Health & Safety in the Kitchen
This short course is for annual refresher training. It contains an interactive module specific to working in the kitchen, and is taken from Health & Safety Level 2.
Refresher training should be done annually and should be relevant to your job role. We have created a series of short refresher courses to allow you to pick and choose the areas that most need attention each year.
There are no assessments or certificates for the refresher courses, but your progress is recorded in the Learning Management System. If you are a manager or supervisor you will be able to track the progress of your trainees in the same way as any of the other courses.
