Allergen Awareness. Eggs
This week we're looking at the Allergen Ingredient of Eggs.
Eggs are used in hundreds of dishes. These include cakes, sauces, pasta, mousses, and quiche. Egg is often used to bind products too, such as burgers, or as a basting agent, for example brushed onto pastry. Some dressings include egg too, like mayonnaise and Hollandaise.
Common foods that contain Eggs.
Eggs can be found in a variety of different forms including:
- Desserts like cakes and mousses
- Many dressings include egg too, like mayonnaise and Hollandaise.
