Our new weekly Food Safety series continues with our look at Allergens that Food Handlers must be aware of. This week we're taking a quick look at the allergenic ingredient of Lupins.
Lupins are a type of seed commonly found in flour. They can also be found in some types of bread, pastries and pasta.
